Questions, answered

How do I pay, and is it safe?

After booking, your booking page shows TourMe's bank and DuitNow details. Transfer the total and upload your receipt on that page. Your money stays with TourMe, and the guide is paid only after your trip is completed.

When is my trip confirmed?

Once we verify your payment, your guide confirms the trip, usually within a few hours. Your booking page updates with the meeting point, start time and your guide's contact. Bookmark it!

Can kids join?

It depends on the trip. Each trip page says whether children are allowed, the minimum age and any child price.

What if it rains or I need to cancel?

Your safety comes first. If the guide calls off a trip because of weather, we'll reschedule or refund you. For your own cancellations, WhatsApp us as early as possible and we'll sort it out.

What should I bring?

Every trip page lists what to bring. Usually that's good shoes, water, a snack and clothes you don't mind getting wet. Your guide will remind you before the trip.
